A song by
Lalon, covered and reproduced by many. This is my cover, done poorly on
acoustic guitar, on a very windy night. The final result of the jam, the track
may not be very refined, but the feelings are.
Please do
not forget to leave a comment after listening. :) Touche.

English
translations to the original lyrics of the song, by this author, are as
follows. Spacial gratitude to W. Nahrin.
The
ever-unknown bird of soul through the cage,
I
wonder how it passes in and out.
Shackled
would be the creature to my soul,
Once
if I could have a grasp of it, no doubt.
Nine
doorways of the eight garrets shut tight,
Air
passes only through the paned hatches amidst.
And
the chief chamber crowned on the height,
Jeweled
by the mirrors of mist.
It
must be fate’s word,
Or
what else could it be,
For
him to break off and flee?
Poor
soul sighs for the cage,
Not
knowing it’s a mere bamboo hedge.
Dervish
Lalon quests, who is it to tell,
When this imperfect
prison is going to fail.
